# ClearLoopSettlementSubStatus

| Value | Description |
| :- | :- |
| `started` | New settlement process started |
| `in-progress` | Settlement is in progress |
| `completed` | Settlement completed successfully |
| `failed` | Settlement failed |
| `exchange-api-failure` | Settlement failed due to an error in the API call to the exchange |
| `waiting-exchange-calculation` | Waiting for the exchange to provide the settlement calculation |
| `insufficient-collateral` | Exchange collateral is in deficit - top up required |
| `negative-balances` | Settlement is skipped because of negative balances in client's account |
| `client-loss-greater-than-delegated` | Client loss exceeds the delegated amount |
| `pending-previous-settlement` | Previous settlement has not been completed yet; this settlement is on hold and will be retried |
| `copper-order-flow-failed` | Copper order flow failed |
| `pending-order-processing` | Pending order processing |
| `pending-order-creation` | Pending order creation |
| `pending-delegations` | Pending delegations |
| `pending-exchange-notification` | Pending exchange notification |
| `paused` | Indicates the settlement was paused for a client, used along with the excluded status |
| `waiting-funds` | Indicates that a margin call is pending - some orders are waiting for funds after a reservation attempt |
| `settlement-not-complete-within-cycle-time` | Settlement did not complete within the cycle time |
| `manual-resolving` | Settlement is being manually resolved |
| `partially-completed` | Settlement was partially completed |
